 The Art In A City That Never Sleeps

In Dubai, where excess often masquerades as elegance, a quieter form of luxury has emerged. The interiors, designed by Miramar Collection, layer glass, timber  and polished stone into a setting that feels at once urban and elemental. A sculptural bar catches the glow of candlelight, and the palette moves from onyx to bronze to ivory. Every detail the curve of a chopstick, the tilt of a wine glass is placed with intent.

The Fire Within

The open kitchen flickers at the restaurant’s core, its choreography visible yet contained. Flames rise, retreat, and return in a rhythm of precision and patience. Chefs move in synchrony, the sound of sizzling woks and sharpened steel marking time.

Dinner begins modestly: yellowtail sashimi under a veil of truffle, prawn dumplings that are translucent and light, wagyu skewers brushed with a caramelized miso glaze. Each plate speaks softly but with absolute confidence.

A seared scallop rests beside sweet corn purée and caviar. Duck, crisp-skinned and glistening, is sliced beside a pool of onyx-dark sauce. Even the rice feels ceremonial, served in black ceramic, each grain pearlescent, steam rising like breath.

By the time dessert appears, a fragile yuzu tart balanced with sesame and a whisper of ginger, the room has changed tempo with an even more buzzing vibe.. Outside, the city pulses with its own neon heartbeat; inside, the experience has a thrilling atmosphere of its own.
